In his current role Doug helps users learn how to get the most from Team System through online and in-person demos as well. Additionally Doug is working to better define how businesses can realize the full capabilities of Team System for ALM to ship better quality software in as short of a time-to-market as possible. Largely this comes down to business stakeholders and IT stakeholders sharing a common vision of the business objectives and working together to convert business objectives into software that delivers on them.
